Initiate Your Request
Log into your Harvey Store account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments with all original brand tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the parcel.
